We are pleased to announce that KBZ Visa and Mastercard Prepaid Card holders can now access the following services at any nearest KBZ Bank branch.

KBZ Visa & Mastercard Prepaid Card Services Available at All KBZ Branches:

1) Card KYC Update (Updating personal information)

2) Card Block/ Unblock (Temporarily blocking or re-activating your card)

3) Card PIN Renew (Requesting a new card PIN)

4) Card Close (Closing your card account)

In addition to these services, 30 designated KBZ branches will offer additional Visa and Mastercard Prepaid Card services.

Additional Services Available at 30 Designated KBZ Branches:

1) Card Issuance (Issuing a new card)

2) Card Replacement (Replacing a lost or damaged card)

3) Card Renewal (Renewing an expired card)

4) Card Balance Inquiry (Checking your card balance)

5) Card Top-Up (Adding funds to your card)
