KBZ Bank customers will be able to withdraw the money received through KBZ Bank’s partnered Money Transfer Services in cash. KBZ Bank’s Money Transfer Service Partners are  Ria, Thunes, Tranglo, Western Union, Merchant Trade, KEB Bank, Kasikorn Bank, and Krung Thai Bank. 

Customers can conveniently withdraw cash at every KBZ Bank Branches without prior booking and no service charges. 

How to withdraw cash transferred via Ria, Thunes and Tranglo
The beneficiary needs to have at least one of the KBZ Bank account’s such as Normal Savings, Call and Current or New Cash Account Savings, Current and Call to withdraw 100% cash without any service charges.  

How to withdraw cash transferred from Merchant Trade
The beneficiary does not need to have a KBZ Bank Account and can withdraw 100% cash with a (14) digit Code Number, NRC Card at KBZ Bank Branches. There is no additional service charge for the beneficiary.

How to withdraw cash transferred from Kasikorn Bank and Krung Thai Bank 
The beneficiary needs to have at least one of the KBZ Bank account’s such as Normal Savings, Call and Current or New Cash Account Savings, Current and Call to withdraw 100%  cash without any service charges.  

How to withdraw cash transferred from KEB Bank with SWIFT Code 
The beneficiary can withdraw the cash transferred to their Bank Accounts at every KBZ Bank Branches by providing the SWIFT service fees and Commission Fees (Outside Yangon).
