On March 21st, the world commemorated World Down Syndrome Day, shining a spotlight on the challenges faced by individuals with Down syndrome and advocating for their rights. This year’s theme, “End the Stereotypes,” underscored the persistent societal biases that hinder the inclusion of individuals with special conditions in various aspects of life, including employment.

In alignment with our commitment to diversity and inclusion, we proudly sponsored “Let’s Them Dream” Training & Awareness Section, organized by Myanmar Down Syndrome Association (MDSA), on March 16th, 2024. Held at Myanmar Polyland Academy in Yangon, the event aimed to empower individuals with Down syndrome through practical career guidance and community awareness initiatives.
