KBZ Bank‘s commitment to community service shines through our Employee-led blood donation drives organized by the Employee Engagement Committee (EEC). As we gear up for the 8th blood donation event where 120 employees joined in July, coinciding with the 30th anniversary celebration of our bank, we celebrated this remarkable milestone with a renewed spirit of generosity and community service.

Since August 2023, with 8 Blood Donation Events, 428 employees from KBZ Bank have joined in a remarkable blood donation drive by a generous collection of blood transfusions across various blood types, with 107 bags for A Type, 50 bags for AB Type, 120 bags for B Type, and a significant 151 bags for O Type. 

In addition to the impactful blood donation initiative, KBZ Bank is also contributing to the National Blood Bank by donating funds as part of its 30th-anniversary celebration. Thanks to our Managing Director, Devanandan Batumalai, for actively contributing to this event.

This blood donation initiative is a powerful movement that goes beyond mere numbers; it unites employees in a common cause, showcasing the spirit of giving and making a significant impact on the community.
