KBZ Bank has successfully produced the Gender Report through a rigorous regional GEARS assessment procedure.

As part of our efforts to promote a gender-balanced workplace and workforce diversity, we conducted gender reporting through the regional GEARS assessment to monitor our progress in advancing women’s representation and leadership, improving gender balance and diversity, and ensuring equal opportunities for all employees without direct and indirect discrimination. We take great pride in our ongoing commitment to workplace gender equality and our efforts to strengthen our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives to create a truly inclusive culture where all employees can thrive. By championing these important values, we are working to promote a culture of belonging and innovation that benefits everyone.

The regional GEARS assessment helps to understand the current status of the organization’s strategic workplace gender equality journey in which gender proportion of employees at five levels of responsibility, movements of talents, reflection on practices and procedures on 10 WGE areas including the insights and recommendations that will inform the development of the organization’s overarching workplace gender equality strategy.
