KBZ Bank launches the 2nd mothers’ corner for our female employees.

By understanding and leveraging gaps in diverse workforces, we’re committed to creating equal opportunities and an inclusive workplace for all. With the 1st mothers’ room established in 2019 at the Head Office in Kamayut Township, the bank was awed by the benefits we can achieve from a family-friendly working environment.

The new and 2nd mothers’ corner is be located at Kandawgyi Yeik Mon Villa Office and it will be accessible to 500+ female employees in that location. Currently, there are 30+ employees who are ready to use the new mothers’ corner including breastfeeding moms with a child under 6 months old and pregnant women who will be returning to work after maternity leaves.

Having a 12,000+ strong workforce, with 57% of employees being women, expanding mothers’ room facilities across the organization is on our priority list. We aim to create equal opportunities by creating a workplace where everyone receives the support they need and barriers removed.
