- KBZ Online Banking Internal Transfer Campaign will be from 10th Feb 2025 to 31st Mar 2025 (50 Days).
- The purpose of the Online Banking Internal Transfer Campaign is for KBZ Online Banking New Customers who open KBZ mobile banking and make one transaction of transfer product to win 4 prizes of 50,000 MMK and 1 prize of 100,000 MMK every 10 days during the Campaign Period and for all KBZ Online Banking Customers including the new customer and existing customers 1 mega prize (iPhone 16 pro) after the Campaign period for making transactions via KBZ Online Banking.
- All KBZ Online Banking Existing Customers and New Customers who make transactions of Internal Transfer and Fast Transfer via KBZ Online Banking during the Campaign period will be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
- Winners will be selected among all online banking Customers who make a transaction in any amount range with eligible products(Internal Transfer and Fast Transfer) during the Campaign period and will be eligible to win 4 prizes of 50,000 MMK and 1 prize of 100,000 MMK every 10 days as well as 1 mega prize (iPhone 16 pro). There is no limitation with the transaction times.
- The Winners must acknowledge and agree that KBZ Bank may use the Winner’s name and mobile phone number (not the full phone number) to announce via KBZ Bank’s official website and KBZ’s Official Social Media Channels (with blue marks). Winner Announcement date and credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ or gazetted holidays.
- Winners (Both Every 10 Day Prize Winner and Mega Prize Winner) will be announced on social media via KBZ Bank’s official website and KBZ’s Official Social Media Channels (with blue marks).
- Every 10 Days Prize Winners will be announced by SMS within the next five working days and the cash prize will be credited to the Every 10 Days Prize Winner’s KBZ Mobile banking account within ten (10) working days after informing via SMS. Winners will also be notified by SMS for confirmation after cash is credited to their KBZ Mobile banking account.
- The mega prize (iPhone 16 Pro) Winner will be announced within the next five working days after the campaign period via KBZ Banks’s official website and KBZ’s Official Social Media Channels (with blue marks) as well as the SMS notification. The mega prize Winner will be contacted by the KBZ Bank Call Center(09951018555) to inform the address where the mega prize can be collected and bring the required documents such as NRC and received verified SMS screenshot.
- The mega prize Winner is required to redeem his/her mega prize at KBZ’s designated place along with the required documents to collect the mega prize himself/herself within (10) working days after contacting by the KBZ Call Center. If the Winner is not able to collect the reward within the designated (10) working days, KBZ Bank shall withdraw the mega prize. The Winner may accept the mega prize only after verification at the time of receipt. KBZ will not be liable for any errors or damage in the mega prize received by the Winner. The mega prize winner is not allowed to exchange, transfer, or exchange the mega prize as cash.
- During this Campaign period, KBZ Bank Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
- KBZ Bank employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP or PIN or KBZ Bank Account information.
- Customers are strictly forbidden to be involved in any other form or manner of fraudulent activities during this Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activities.
- In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ Bank Customers and KBZ Bank regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
- Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
- KBZ Bank, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for any reason without giving any notice.
- All normal KBZ Bank terms and conditions shall apply. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
- KBZ Bank reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
- These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
