1. KBZ Bank New Cash Account Lucky Draw Campaign period is from September 10, 2021 to October 15, 2021.

2. The purpose of the KBZ Bank New Cash Account Lucky Draw Campaign is to appreciate customers who open New Cash Accounts during the campaign period. 

3. A customer who opens an Individual New Cash Account (Call or Current) will be given 1 ticket per Account for entry to the Lucky Draw. A customer who opens a Business New Cash Account (Call or Current) will be given 3 tickets per Account for entry to the Lucky Draw. 

4. Each week, the Lucky Draw will take place on Friday, after which the winner will be informed by SMS that they have won the prize. The prize money will be credited to their existing Account (Saving or Current). within 7-10 business days after the announcement of the winner. The credited business day may be varied if the business days fall into public holidays or in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.

5. The New Cash Account Lucky Draw Campaign prizes are as follows:
   (i) MMK 1,000,000 Ks per week, for the winner within  this campaign period;
   (ii) Total prize amount of 6,000,000 Ks available to win (MMK 1 million for each week) 

6. A customer is eligible to win one time only during this campaign period. 

7. In order to participate in the campaign, customers must open a New Cash Account between September 1st and October 14th, and must retain the minimum required balance during this period. 

8. The winners, who do not have an existing Saving or Current Account are suggested to open the Saving Account or Current Account (Individual/Business) within a week after announcing the winner as the lucky draw prize will be paid directly into their existing Account.

9. The lucky draw winning prize will be forfeited if the winners do not open the account (Saving or Current) within a week after the winner announcement.

10. KBZ Bank employees will not contact participants in the campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information of Customers participating in this campaign.

11. KBZ Bank Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any form or manner during the New Cash Account Lucky Draw Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to take necessary action against any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.

12. Any dispute arising between the KBZ Bank Customers and KBZ Bank, if any, will be at the sole discretion of KBZ Bank.

13. Customers shall not be entitled to any indemnity as a result of such unilateral cancellation and / or on variation in these terms and conditions.

14.  KBZ Bank reserves the right, at any time, for any reason and without any prior notice, to terminate and/or  cancel and/or vary its benefits or features, and/or vary, add to or delete any of the terms and conditions.

15. All normal KBZ Bank terms and conditions apply.These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. 
16. KBZ Bank reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.
17. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
