1. Pay with KBZPay at Medicare and get up to 100,000 Ks cashback and discount coupon Campaign period is from 25th March, 2024 to 31st March, 2024.
2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, Customers will need to upgrade Customers KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level 2 successfully.
3. The purpose of this Campaign is to receive 3,000 Ks Discount Coupon and  Cashback when the KBZPay Customers scan the KBZPay QR Code and make payments successfully at Medicare shops.
4. Discount Coupons will be credited directly to the KBZPay app “My Coupons” under “My Profile” of eligible participants in this Campaign and Cashback will be credited directly to the KBZPay Wallet account of eligible participants in this Campaign. The Discount Coupons and Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank. Discount Coupons will expire after 11:59PM, 31st March  and Customers can reuse these for purchasing through KBZPay QR Scan payment at Medicare shops before the expiration date.
5. Customers can use a discount coupon for 10,000 kyats and above payment. 
6. Cashback Amounts are as follows,

For a purchase using a coupon, the Cashback will be entitled only when the remaining amount after deducting the coupon amount meets the minimum purchase amount. Regardless of the  Cashback amount or Discount Coupon shown above, if the Discount Coupon specified by KBZPay for this Campaign period is reached “Thank You” will be returned and if the  Cashback amount specified by KBZPay for this Campaign period is reached for any payment exceeding 15,000 Kyats, “Thank You” will be returned.

7. To participate in this Campaign, Customers need to purchase and pay with QR Code a minimum amount of 15,000 Kyats per transaction to get Cashback and only Discount Coupons are available to use for above 10,000 Kyats per transaction. Cashback and Discount Coupon are not available for purchases paid with another payment method other than paying with QR Code of Medicare.
8. Coupons are not permitted to exchange, transfer or convert into cash.

Participants in this Campaign will be entitled to receive one (1) Discount Coupon for one KBZPay account during the Campaign period and (5) Cashbacks at Medicare stores for specified purchase payments.

10. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Level 1.5 and KBZPay Level 2 Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
11. If there any issues arise between Customers and Medicare such as exchange or refunds will be dealt with by Medicare and Customer.
12. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles. 
13. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
14. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
15. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
16.  KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend (or) cancel (or) terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
17.  Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
18.  All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions for Medicare shops apply.
19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
20. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ and Medicare shops will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
21. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
