“Shopping at AEON orange and Enjoy up to 100,000 Ks Cashbacks and Coupons” Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. Shopping at AEON orange and Enjoy up to 100,000 Ks Cashbacks and Coupons Campaign takes place from 4th April 2024 to 10th April 2024.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, Customers will need to upgrade Customers KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is to grab a limited numbers of AEON orange Coupons from KBZPay per day first and shopping with these Coupons and scan the KBZPay QR Code at AEON orange stores, and for every purchase over 5000 Ks, Customer can spin the wheel once and get additional Cashback.
  4. TheCoupons will expire after3 (three) days and they may not be able to use after 3 (three) days. number of AEON orange Coupons available per day during this Campaign is now set to (100). The Coupons are as follows.
  • 100,000 Ks Coupon
  • 2,000 Ks Coupon
  • 1,000 Ks Coupon
  1. The purchased amount at AEON orange must be more than Discount Coupon amount when redeeming the Discount Coupon received.During this Campaign, Coupon holders are not allowed to exchange or transfer as cash.
  2. To participate in this Campaign, Customers need to purchase and pay with QR Code a minimum amount of 5,000 Kyats per transaction to get a chance to spin wheel and enjoy Cashback. Cashback and Discount Coupon are not available for purchases pay with another payment method other than paying with QR Code of AEON orange. Cashbacks are as below:
  • 800 Ks Cashback
  • 1,000 Ks Cashback
  • 1,500 Ks Cashback
  • 2,000 Ks Cashback
  • 2,500 Ks Cashback
  • 100,000 Ks Cashback

  1. Participants in this Campaign will be entitled to receive one (1) Discount Coupon for one KBZPay account during the Campaign period and one (1) Cashback at AEON orange stores for specified purchase payments.
  2. Discount Coupons will be credited directly to the KBZPay app “My Coupons” under “My Profile” of eligible participants in this Campaign and Cashback will be credited directly to the KBZPay Wallet account of eligible participants in this Campaign. The Discount Coupons and Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank. 
  3. Discount Coupons will expire (3) days after receiving those Coupons and Customers can reuse these for purchasing through KBZPay QR Scan payment at AEON orange stores before the expiration date.
  4. Regardless of the  Cashback amount or Discount Coupon shown above, if the Discount Coupon specified by KBZPay for this Campaign period is reached “Thank You” will be returned and if the  Cashback amount specified by KBZPay for this Campaign period is reached for any payment exceeding 5,000 Ks, “Thank You” will be returned.
  5. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Level  1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause (9) if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
  6. If there any issues arise between Customers and AEON Orangr such as exchange or refunds will be dealt with by AEON orange and Customer.
  7. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles. 
  8. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  9. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  10. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  11.  KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend (or) cancel (or) terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  12.  Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  13.  All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions for AEON orange shops apply.
  14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  15. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ and AEON orange shops will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  16. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
