- Campaign will be held from 1.02.2024 to 15.02.2024.
- Cardholders who make payment with KBZ Bank Debit Card and KBZ Bank Credit Card (VISA, MPU-UnionPay and MPU) will be able to participate in the Campaign.
- To participate in the Campaign:
3.1 During this Campaign period, Cardholders will automatically be eligible to participate in this Campaign by making purchases at the Merchant specified in Clause (4) and making successful payments of any amount using KBZ Bank Debit Card and KBZ Bank Credit Cards (VISA, MPU-UnionPay & MPU) at the Merchant (with KBZ POS machine).
3.2 By making payment with KBZ Bank Debit Card and KBZ Bank Credit Card (VISA, MPU-UnionPay & MPU), the Customer can win cash prizes every time that make a payment. The Customer will have the opportunity to increase the chances of winning by purchasing quickly.
- In order to participate in this Campaign, Cardholders must make purchase at the Merchant listed in the table below and make successful payments using KBZ Bank Debit Card and KBZ Bank Credit Card (VISA, MPU-Union Pay & MPU).

- The following prizes will be included in the Campaign:

- The winners of the Campaign will be announced on KBZ Bank’s Facebook Official Page (with blue mark) and Official Website. The winners must acknowledge and agree that KBZ Bank may use the winner’s name and phone number (not the full phone number) to announce on social media and on the website.
- Winners will also be notified through SMS from KBZ Bank. The SMS message will include the prize won by the winner.
- KBZ Bank employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP or PIN.
- The cash prize amount will be credited to the KBZ Bank account linked by Card (KBZ Bank Debit Card or KBZ Bank Credit Card (VISA, MPU-UnionPay, and MPU)) of the winner within (10) business days from the date of announcement of the winners on KBZ Bank’s Facebook Official Page (with blue mark) and Official Website. The winner will receive a SMS from KBZ Bank after the Card has been topped up. The date of announcing the winners and the date for receiving the cash prizes may vary due to public holidays or circumstances beyond KBZ Bank’s control.
- Winners are not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize as cash.
- During this Campaign period, the Cardholders of KBZ Bank Debit Card and KBZ Bank Credit Card (VISA, MPU-UnionPay, and MPU) will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
- Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
- In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ Bank Customers and KBZ Bank regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customers.
- KBZ Bank, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
- Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
- All normal KBZ Bank Card Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Merchant shops shall also apply.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
- KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances.
- These Terms and Conditions are made both in English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
