Terms and Conditions for “Enjoy Cash Back at Snoopy Mobile with KBZ Credit Cards”

  1. The Campaign will be held from 05.08.2023 to 05.09.2023
  2. KBZ Bank Cardholders who use KBZ Bank MPU-UnionPay credit card, KBZ Bank Visa credit card, KBZ Bank MPU credit card and KBZ Bank MPU debit card can participate in the Campaign by making payments at participating Snoopy Mobile  with KBZ POS machines.
  3. KBZ Bank Cardholders who use KBZ Bank MPU-UnionPay credit card, KBZ Bank Visa credit card, KBZ Bank MPU credit card and KBZ Bank MPU debit card can participate in the Campaign by making payments at Snoopy Mobile on selected items with KBZ POS machines.
  4. The exclusive promotions and discounts at Snoopy Mobile are as below: 
  • 8,000 kyats cash rebate for purchasing mobile phones (Oppo/ vivo/ Huawei/ Samsung/ Tecno/ realme/ infinix/ honor/ Itel) from at least 200,000 kyats to 600,000 kyats
  • 15,000 kyats cash rebate for purchasing mobile phones (Oppo/ vivo/ Huawei/ Samsung/ Tecno/ realme/ infinix/ honor/ Itel) for 600,001 kyats and above when purchasing mobile phones
  • 10% discount for all accessories (Borofone, Maimi, Remax, Hoco, Earldom, Yookie, Tempered Glass).
  1. During this Campaign , Cardholders must spend at least 200,000 kyats on selected items to be eligible for cash rebate. However, Cardholders who purchase accessories will receive a 10% discount on the payment transaction amount  for the purchase. Cardholders will be able to get special promotions and discounts only on the purchase of selected mobile phones (Oppo/vivo/Huawei/Samsung/ Tecno/realme/infinix/honor/Itel). There is no maximum amount to be claimed. 
  2. If there any issues arise between Cardholders and Snoopy Mobile such as exchange or refunds will be dealt with by Snoopy Mobile and Cardholders.
  3. KBZ Bank employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP or PIN or KBZ Bank Account information.
  4. Cardholders are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/or ban any Cardholder who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  5. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ Bank Cardholders and KBZ Bank regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Cardholders.
  6.  KBZ Bank, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  7. Cardholder acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  8. All normal KBZ Bank Card Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions for Snoopy Mobile apply.
  9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  10. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Cardholder or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances.
  11. These Terms and Conditions are made both in English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
