- As an appreciation to our valued KBZ mBanking customers, we are offering MPT’s “More TopUp, Get Higher Rewards” Campaign. Around 3,000 customers will have a chance to win top up rewards when spending 5,000 MMK and above to top.
- This Campaign is from 23rd September 2022 to 30th September 2022 only.
- MPT GSM/ WCDMA prepaid users (Swe Thahar/ Shal Pyaw/ Shwe Zagar) can participate in the event by doing top-up via KBZ mBanking. Postpaid, CDMA, Base Tariff users and non- active users are not eligible to participate. During the Campaign period, top-up from the Physical TopUp Card and E-load are not eligible to participate in this Campaign. Balance transfer is not eligible. If customers top-up for another number via KBZ mBanking, the user who receives the top-up number is eligible for the Campaign. This program is not valid for MPT phone bill top-ups below 5,000 Kyats through the user’s KBZ mBanking.
- Customers who top-up 5,000 MMK and above can participate in the Campaign and around 3,000 random customers will get top up rewards. Winners will be selected on the 10th of October after the Campaign period, and will be receiving the rewards within the above mentioned date. The Customer agrees and acknowledges that KBZ and MPT may use the Customer’s name and phone number (not full digit) in order to announce the Winners of the reward through social media and websites.
- In the case of circumstances beyond KBZ and/or MPT’s control, the winner announcement date and the period for which the reward delivery date may change.
- Top up rewards can be used for Voice/ Data package, Voice/ SMS within 1 years (from the date the reward is sent)
- During this Campaign period, KBZ mBanking Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
- During this Campaign period, KBZ Bank employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
- During this Campaign period, KBZ mBanking Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
- In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ mBanking Customers and KBZ Bank regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
- KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/ or ban any participant who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
- KBZ Bank reserves the right, at any time, and without any prior notice, to terminate and/ or withdraw the reward and/ or cancel and/ or vary its benefits or features, and/ or vary, add to or delete any of the terms and conditions.
- KBZ mBanking Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
- All normal KBZ mBanking terms and conditions apply.
- KBZ Bank reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these terms and conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
- These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
