Terms and Conditions for “Shop with Joy, Win Big! Grab Your Chance to Win up to 2 Million Kyats with KBZ Cards at Junction Centers”

  1. “Shop with Joy, Win Big! Grab Your Chance to Win up to 2 Million Kyats with KBZ    Cards at Junction Centers Campaign is valid from 15th January 2025 to 28th  February 2025. (45 days)
  2. During the campaign period, the following KBZ Debit Cards and Credit Cards are eligible.

  1. Cardholders can participate in the campaign by making successful payments with KBZ Bank Debit Cards and Credit Cards by KBZ POS at Merchants’ shops who have KBZ POS at selected Junction Centers.
  2. In this Campaign, the selected Junction Centers are – 

(1) Junction City

(2) Junction Square

(3) Junction 8

(4) Junction Mawtin

(5) Junction Nay Pyi Taw.

  1. During this Campaign period, Cardholders have to make a total spending of 1 Lakh (100,000)MMK and above within the Campaign period (45 days) with KBZ Debit Cards   and KBZ Credit Cards at Merchants’ shops that have KBZ POS at the selected Junction Centers and get cash prizes through lucky draw coupons.

You can claim lucky draw coupons by presenting your sales slips with KBZ logo that make payment at KBZ POS and KBZ card at the information counters of Junction Centers.

  1. There is no minimum amount required for a single receipt. You can get one lucky draw coupon by accumulating transactions to qualify for a total spending of 100,000 MMK by making payment  with KBZ Debit Cards and KBZ Credit Cards at Merchants’ shops that have KBZ POS and the maximum number of lucky draw coupons per card within one day is 10 coupons.

  3. During this Campaign period, cardholders can receive one coupon for every 100,000 MMK spent and the maximum number of lucky draw coupons per card within one day is 10 coupons.
  4.  The following prizes will be included in the Campaign:
  • 1st Prize – Two millions (2,000,000) MMK (1 nos)
  • 2nd Prize – One million (1,000,000) MMK (1 nos)
  • 3rd Prize – Five Lakhs (500,000) MMK (1 nos)
  • 4th Prize – One Lakh (100,000) MMK (5 nos)
  • 5th Prize – Fifty Thousands (50,000) MMK (10 nos)
  • Consolation Prizes – 20 or 30 nos

8. The winners of the Campaign will be selected  within (10) working days after the campaign’s end date and the lucky draw prize amount of 1st prize, 2nd prize, 3rd prize, 4th prize and 5th prize will be credited directly to their KBZ Bank  Debit Card and Credit Card Accounts. The winner will receive a SMS from KBZ Bank after the lucky draw prize has been credited.The SMS message will include the prize won by the winner.

9.  The winners of the Campaign will be announced on KBZ Bank’s Facebook Official Page (with blue mark) and Official Website. Therefore,  the winners must acknowledge and agree that KBZ Bank may use the winner’s name and phone number (not the full phone number) to announce on social media and on the official website.The winners need to be active users and non- delinquent users of our debit and credit cards.

10. The consolation prize winners will have to claim their consolation prizes at No.4(MS-4), Kandawgyi Yeik Mon Villa, 2nd Floor, Upper Mandalay Road,  Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township after the winners’ announcement till 30th April 2025. KBZ Bank will not take responsibility for consolation prizes that are not claimed within one month. Consolation prizes are not allowed to claim on behalf of the winners.The winner may accept the reward only after verification at the time of receipt. KBZ will not be liable for any errors or damage in the reward received by the Winner.

11. The date of announcing the winners and the date for crediting the lucky draw prizes may vary due to public holidays or circumstances beyond KBZ Bank’s control. 

12. KBZ Bank employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP or PIN.

13. During this Campaign period, the Cardholders of KBZ Bank Debit Cards ( MPU Debit, MPU Teen Debit, MPU-UnionPayAsia Prestige Diamond Debit) and KBZ Bank Credit Cards (VISA, MPU-UnionPay and MPU) will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this campaign period.

14. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activity during this Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/or ban any customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activity.

15. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ Bank Debit Card and Credit Card Customers and KBZ Bank regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customers.

16. KBZ Bank, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or campaign and the benefits or features regarding this campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.

17. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.

18. All normal KBZ Bank Card Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Merchant shops shall also apply.

19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

20. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions during those circumstances.

21. These Terms and Conditions are made both in English and Myanmar and both versions     shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
