- Campaign is valid from 1st October 2024 to 31st October2024.
- Cardholders who make successful payments with KBZ Bank Credit Card (VISA, MPU-UnionPay and MPU) at KBZ POS will be able to participate in this Campaign.
- To participate in the Campaign:
3.1 During this Campaign period, Cardholders have to make a minimum total spending 150,000/MMK within the Campaign period (31 days) with KBZ Credit Cards on KBZ POS (Minimum spending amount must be 50,000 MMK per voucher) and get a chance to participate in the Campaign.
3.2 By making more transactions with KBZ Bank Credit Card (VISA, MPU-UnionPay & MPU), the Customer can get the opportunity to receive more chances of winning.
4. The following prizes will be included in the Campaign:
- Grand Prize winner (1 Nos) – (3)times of total usage amount (Up to 500,000 MMK)
- 1st Winner Up (1 Nos) – (2)times of total usage amount (Up to 300,000 MMK)
- 2nd Winner Up (1 Nos) – (1)time of total usage amount (Up to 150,000 MMK)
5. The winners of the Campaign will be announced on KBZ Bank’s Facebook Official Page (with blue mark) and Official Website. The winners must acknowledge and agree that KBZ Bank may use the winner’s name and phone number (not the full phone number) to announce on social media and on the website. The winners need to be active users and non- delinquent users of our credit cards.
6. Winners will also be notified through SMS from KBZ Bank. The SMS message will include the prize won by the winner.
7. KBZ Bank employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP or PIN.
8. The date of announcement of the winners on KBZ Bank’s Facebook Official Page (with blue mark) and Official Website is the 10th day after the campaign’s end date. And then the lucky draw prize amount will be credited to the KBZ Bank account linked by KBZ Bank Credit Card (VISA, MPU-UnionPay, and MPU) of the winner within (5) working days after the winner announcement. The winner will receive a SMS from KBZ Bank after the lucky draw prize has been credited. The date of announcing the winners and the date for crediting the lucky draw prizes may vary due to public holidays or circumstances beyond KBZ Bank’s control.
9. Lucky draw prizes are not allowed to claim on behalf of the lucky draw winners.
10. During this Campaign period, the Cardholders of KBZ Bank Credit Card (VISA, MPU-UnionPay, and MPU) will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this campaign period.
11. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activity during this Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/or ban any customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activity.
12. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ Bank customers and KBZ Bank regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customers.
13. KBZ Bank, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or campaign and the benefits or features regarding this campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
14. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
15. All normal KBZ Bank Card Terms and Conditions shall also apply.
16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
17. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions during those circumstances.
18. These Terms and Conditions are made both in English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
