Terms and Conditions for“Shop for Thingyan necessities at the marketplace and earn daily cashback”

  1. Shop for Thingyan necessities at the marketplace and earn daily cashback is valid from 1st April 2025 to 12th    April  2025.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, the KBZ Bank Credit Cards Cardholders (VISA, UnionPay and MPU) need to make successful payments on KBZ POS specified marketplace Branches.
  3. By making a transaction with a minimum spending amount of 150,000 MMK per voucher on KBZ POS at marketplace Branches (Golden Valley, 6.5 Miles, Junction City), the Cardholders can enjoy up to 5% cash back (maximum 15,000 MMK). Each KBZ Credit Card is entitled to a chance of Cashback per day.
  4. The Cardholders who are entitled to the Cashback will be announced on KBZ Bank’s Facebook official page (with a blue mark) and official website within (7) working days after the end of the Campaign. The Cashback eligible Cardholders must acknowledge and agree that KBZ Bank may use their name and phone number (not the full phone number) to announce on social media and on the website. The Cashback eligible Cardholders need to be active users and non-delinquent users of our credit cards.
  5. KBZ Bank employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for an OTP or PIN.
  6. The Cashback amount will be credited directly to KBZ Bank Credit Card Accounts of the Cashback eligible Cardholders within (10) working days after the end of the Campaign. The Cashback eligible Cardholders will receive an SMS from KBZ Bank after the Cashback has been credited. The date and timeline for announcing the Cashback eligible Cardholders and crediting the Cashback may vary due to public holidays or circumstances beyond KBZ Bank’s control.
  7. During this Campaign period, the Cardholders of KBZ Bank Credit Card (VISA, UnionPay, and MPU) will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  8. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activity during this Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/or ban any customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activity.
  9. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ Bank Credit Cardholders and KBZ Bank regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Cardholders.
  10. KBZ Bank, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  11. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  12. All normal KBZ Bank Credit Card Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Merchant shops shall also apply.
  13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  14. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions during those circumstances.
  15. These Terms and Conditions are made both in English and Myanmar and both versions       shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
