1. The Campaign period will be specified from 1^st October 2024 to 31^st December 2024.
2. In order to participate in this Campaign, Customers need to be existing KBZ Bank deposit Customers or new Customers who open deposit accounts within the campaign period, and such deposit accounts (Savings, Call, Current and Fixed Depoist) shall be Personal (Individual/Joint). Both Ordinary and  Special Cash Accounts are eligible for this Campaign. 
3. The Purpose of this Campaign is for the Customers who deposit monthly into their Personal Account (Individual/Joint) as a gesture of appreciation, to get a chance to win the monthly rewards, in addition to  valuable grand prizes as a double chance.
4. During this Campaign, the Customer whose Personal Account (Individual/Joint)’s monthly average deposit amount is increased by 1 Lakh (100,000) Kyats by comparing the consecutive two months starting in September shall get one lucky draw chance.( The maximum numbers of Luck Draws for each Customer shall be calculated up to a total of 15,000.)

Explanations: In computing the numbers of lucky draws for October 2024, it is determined that one lucky draw chance shall be won for each increase in the balance by 1 Lakh (100,000) Kyats after comparing the average balance of September 2024 with October 2024.

5. During this Campaign, the total numbers of eligible lucky draws can be checked on KBZ Bank’s Official Website from 1^st to 3^rd day of every month.
6. During this Campaign, the lucky draw winners for monthly rewards will be selected not later than the 7th day of every month. Lucky draw winners will be announced on KBZ Bank’s Social Media Channel with Blue Mark and notified by SMS via the lucky draw winner’s mobile phone. However, the lucky draw winner of December, the last month of the Campaign, will be selected in January 2025 together with the EV Car winner selection. (KBZ Bank will never ask the participants in the Campaign for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.)
7. The Customers who participate in this Campaign shall get valuable EV car rewards as a double chance, which will be held in January in addition to the monthly rewards from Lucky draw.

9. The lucky draw winners are not allowed to exchange,transfer, or exchange their rewards as cash.
10. After selecting the winners of the monthly rewards, the lucky draw Winners will be announced via KBZ Bank’s Social Media Channel not later than (7) business days and will be notified by sending SMS via the winner’s mobile phone. Winner will be reached by KBZ Bank via SMS and they can claim their rewards by contacting to KBZ Bank Hotline Phone No. +95 9 951018555 (or) Official KBZ Bank Facebook Page with Blue Mark Messenger or by sending the email to [email protected] together with the confirmation SMS screenshot, name, NRC,  phone number and address.
11. After KBZ Bank confirms complete information from the lucky draw winner, the lucky draw winner will be notified of the address where the reward can be collected.
12. The winners must acknowledge and agree that KBZ Bank may use the winner’s name and partial mobile phone number to announce on social media and on the website.
13. The winner is required to redeem his/her reward at KBZ’s designated place along with the required documents to collect the reward himself/herself within (10) business days. If the Winner is not able to collect the reward within designated (10) business days, KBZ Bank shall withdraw the reward. The winner may accept the reward only after verification at the time of receipt. KBZ will not be liable for any errors or damage in the reward received by the Winner.
14. All rewards are subject to the decision upon the KBZ Bank and each  reward will include the relevant terms and conditions. The lucky draw winners can redeem the coupons and tickets in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.
15.  KBZ Bank employees shall be ineligible to participate in this Campaign.
16. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
17. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activities during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activities.
18. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
19. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
20. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
21. All normal KBZ Bank Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions specified in each reward shall apply.                                                                   
22. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
23. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
24. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
