Effective as of 11th August 2023
Customer needs to have at least any one of KBZ accounts for applying Visa/Mastercard Prepaid Card.
(1) Customer needs to come any KBZ branches and brings original NRC (or) Passport
(2) Card Registration Fee – 10,000 MMK
(3) Card Initial Deposit – USD 50
(4) Minimum card balance – USD 20
Visa/Mastercard prepaid Card can be available to get within one working day.
For the application of Prepaid Card Lost/Renewal, the card can be available to get within one working day. The customer can apply at any of KBZ branches.
When the customer has at least any one of KBZ accounts, can apply Visa/Mastercard Prepaid Card with USD currency for initial deposit.
Account Transfer is not allowed
When Prepaid Cardholder forgets the password, customer needs to contact Call Center by himself (or) goes to any nearest KBZ branches and request new PIN number. PIN Reissue Fee – 1 USD will be auto deducted from the card.
Prepaid Card Wallet can be reloaded up to full wallet by USD currency. Full wallet is 3,000 USD.
-The customer can spend maximum 1,500 USD within one month.
-For Cash Withdrawal at Overseas ATM, there will be 50 USD per day, 100 USD per week can be withdrawn. The remaining balance 2,100 USD can be used via Online Payment.
The Prepaid Card’s Monthly Cycle 1 month can be defined from the 16th of the previous month to the 15th of the current month.
Prepaid Card Wallet can be reloaded up to full wallet by USD currency. Full wallet is 3,000 USD.
If customer would like to top up the prepaid card, can top-up with USD Currency Note.
Remark: USD currency note must be 50 or 100.
Customer had already had a card so there’s No Need to make a bank account by the customer who would like to top up only (or) the person who comes and makes a top up on behalf.
