Win 1,000,000 MMK in the CASH ACCOUNT LUCKY DRAW CAMPAIGN – Terms & Conditions

  1. KBZ Bank Cash Account Lucky Draw Campaign period is from March 21, 2022 to April 7, 2022.
  1. The purpose of the KBZ Bank Cash Account Lucky Draw Campaign is for the new and old customers of Cash accounts who open new accounts and deposit cash into their existing accounts to get a chance to win Lucky Draw prizes during the campaign period. 
  1. Customers (Individual or Corporate) who open a Cash Account (any type of Cash Account) and existing customers who deposit more cash into their existing accounts will get a chance for entry to the Lucky Draw for the particular week that they do so during the campaign period. 
  1. Each week, the Lucky Draw will take place on Friday, after which the prize money will be credited to their existing Individual/Corporate Account (Normal Savings or Current) within 10 business days after the announcement of the winners. The credited business day may be varied if the business days fall into public holidays or in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.
  1. The Cash Account Lucky Draw Campaign prize is MMK 1,000,000 Ks per winner, 30 winners per week and 90 winners in total at the end of the campaign period. 
  1. A customer is eligible to win one time only during this campaign period. 
  1. In order to participate in the Campaign, new customers (Individual or Corporate) must open a Cash Account (any type of Cash Account) between March 21st and April 7th, 2022, existing cash account customers must deposit cash (any amount) into their cash accounts and must retain the minimum required balance during this period. 
  1. The winners should have an existing Individual/Corporate Account (Normal Savings or Current) as the lucky draw prize will be paid directly into their existing Normal accounts (Savings or Current). The winners are required to visit the nearest KBZ branch to open the normal accounts (Savings or Current) within 10 business days if they do not already have an account. 
  1. The lucky draw winning prize will be forfeited if the winners do not open the account (Normal Savings or Current) within 10 business business days after the winner announcement.
  1. KBZ Bank employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP or PIN of customers participating in this Campaign.
  1. KBZ Bank Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any form or manner during the Cash Account Lucky Draw Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to take necessary action against any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  1. In the event of any dispute arises between KBZ Bank Customers and KBZ Bank regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice the statutory rights of Customer. 
  1. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
  1. KBZ Bank, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the terms and conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  1. All normal KBZ Bank terms and conditions apply.These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. 
  2. KBZ Bank reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. 
  3. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
