The campaign, where customers aged 60 years or older can open a KBZ Bank Senior Care Savings
Account during the campaign period and receive a commemorative birthday gift, will take place
from February 3, 2025, to March 31, 2025
To participate in this Campaign, the Customer needs to be (60) years or older and opens Senior
Care Savings Account, which is one of the KBZ Bank Savings Account type, during this Campaign
period and deposits a minimum amount of Ten Thousand (100,000) Kyats to the Senior Care
Savings Account.
From the starting of the Campaign till the end of the Campaign, KBZ Bank will award Medical
Check-up Coupon (or) nutritional supplements for senior people as commemorative birthday giftof
the Senior Care – Savings Account Customer.
During this Campaign, the first (40) birthday person who opened the new Senior Care Savings
Account in February and first (60) birthday person who opened the new Senior Care Savings
Account in March will be awarded the gifts mentioned in clause 3.
During this Campaign, KBZ Bank’s Call Center will call the Senior Care – Savings Account
Customer winners and make birthday wishes and then also inform them about collecting the gifts.
Additionally, KBZ Bank will send the birthday wishes to the Senior Care – Savings Account
Customer winners via Viber/SMS.
KBZ Bank will not be held responsible for any defects in the gifts collected by the Senior Care –
Savings Account Customer winners.
The winner is not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange the gifts as cash.
During this Campaign period, KBZ Bank Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these
Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
KBZ employees will never ask the participants of theCampaign about OTP, PIN, or KBZPay
Account information.
Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activity during
this Campaign. KBZ has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be
involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activity.
In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ Bank Customers and KBZ regarding this
Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers
of KBZ without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions
and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some
reasons without giving any notice.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result
of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms
and Conditions without giving any notice.
All normal KBZ Bank Terms and Conditions and the Terms apply.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural
disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the
Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure
