“Take the Survey and Win Mobile Top-Up Coupons” Campaign takes place from 10th July 2025 to 24th July 2025.
Customers who have subscribed and answered the survey in the official Viber Community Channel of KBZ Bank or KBZPay can participate in this Campaign.
The purpose of this Campaign is to enhance the communication strategy of the official Viber Community Channel of KBZ Bank and KBZPay and to get the top-up coupons for answering the survey by the Customer.
Those who wish to participate in this Campaign must first subscribe and answer the survey questions sent by KBZ Bank or the KBZPay Official Viber Community. Among the respondents from KBZ Bank or the KBZPay Official Viber Community, the first 333 respondents will be selected and notified via KBZPay Notification that they have received a phone bill top-up coupon within two (2) business days from the end of the Campaign.
The redeemable Coupon value is a 3,000 MMK phone bill top-up coupon. The Coupon Winners can only use the Coupon when topping up a phone bill via KBZPay with the amount greater than 3,000 MMK per transaction..
During the Campaign period, Customers who have subscribed to the official Viber Community Channel of KBZ Bank or KBZPay and answered the survey will be eligible to use the Coupon only once per KBZPay account.
During the Campaign period, Coupons will be valid only within seven (7) days of receiving the Coupon and Coupons will be delivered directly to the KBZPay app “My Coupons” under “My Profile” of eligible participants in this Campaign. Coupon Winners are not allowed to exchange, transfer, assign or convert as cash.
During this Campaign period, KBZ Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons received from this Campaign as stated in Clause 7. The Coupons credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ.
KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZ Account information.
Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activities during this Campaign. KBZ has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activities.
In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ Customers and KBZ regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
