The Other Bank Transfer (24/7) service permits fund transfers exclusively to a select number of local banks, with a cap on the transfer amount (MMK 10,000,000 per transaction & MMK 30,000,000 per day for both reatil and corporate customer), available continuously throughout the week.
Conversely, the Other Bank Transfer (Banking Hour) service permits a customers to conduct transactions involving a broader range of local banks during standard banking Hour, allowing for larger transfer amounts (MMK 50,000,000 per transaction & MMK 100,000,000 per day for retail customer and MMK 500,000,000 per transaction & MMK 1,000,000,000 per day for corporate customer).
To use Other Bank Transfer (Banking Hour), you can follow these steps:
Select the Other Bank Transfer (Banking Hour) from KBZ m/iBanking home page Choose the account you want to transfer money from
Choose the other bank beneficiary bank branch
Select the other bank beneficiary account you want to transfer to
Type the other bank beneficiary name
Type the other bank beneficiary mobile number
Enter the amount you want to transfer
Click “Calculate Charges” to know the transfer fees
Type the purpose of transaction

QuickPay service facilitates your payments real-time securely to your desirable billing companies listed under QuickPay for payments such as installments, tuition fees, monthly insurance premiums, internet and other bills.
● You can make payment to the billing company with two ways (Over-the-counter at branches and Online payment (mBanking and iBanking).
● For the OTC at branches, you need to visit with your nearest KBZ Bank branches and fill the required data in the QuickPay deposit slip.

Online Tax Payment feature is to provide convenience and time-saving way for corporate and retail customers to make Corporate and Employee Tax payments to Internal Revenue Department via KBZ Bank online banking.
No need to register. Tax Payment feature can be used by all Online Banking users (Retail & Corporate).
The taxpayer only needs TIN number (provided by DICA – Directorate of Investment and Company Administration and IRD – Internal Revenue Department).
TIN Number means “Tax Payer Identification Number”.
You can’t get a refund for tax payment amount after making payment. If the tax payment is made wrongly by the customer (or) customer enters the wrong payment details, the customer needs to inform IRD directly within 24 hours and resolve it with IRD.

IRD (Internal Revenue Department) will inform taxpayer that payment is received by IRD and E-Payment chalan via email (that customer provided in KBZ iBanking Payment Details) accordingly.
