How to Apply or Sign up?

Registration with KBZ ATM Card Number

  • Download and open KBZ mobile banking application. Then Enter “Register Now” to register the online banking.
  • Enter “ KBZ ATM Card “ to register with your ATM Card number.
  • Enter “16 digits “numbers on the KBZ ATM card. Then, enter “6 digits ATM password code “that is using for your KBZ ATM withdrawal transactions.
  • Read “ Terms and Conditions “ and then submit after selecting “ I accept Terms and Conditions”. The ATM Card account holder name will be displayed and enter the information correctly (your mobile number, your email address). Enter “Submit” after you double confirmed the information.
  • “Confirm” after double confirmation the information that you fill in. Then, one time password (OTP) will be delivered to your registered mobile number.
  • Enter “OTP” correctly that you received in your mobile and press “ OK”.
  • You will receive the successful pop up message for the successful registration.
  • You can log in to KBZ mobile Banking by using the user ID and password that will be received at your email and your registered mobile number respectively.

FAQ

Every existing KBZ bank users can apply. And it is enable to apply via one of the options; KBZ Card account (16 digits on the cards) and Saving/Current account (17 digits of the account).

You can apply with any of mobile SIMs numbers in Myanmar (i.e.; MPT, MyTel, Telenor, Ooredoo and MECTel)

  • KBZ ATM Card online self-registration users: You can use the KBZ online banking once after you had received the user ID and password via email and SMS respectively.
  • KBZ existing bank account self-registration users: You can use the KBZ online banking once you received the user ID and password that will be provided from KBZ bank. KBZ Bank will call for the confirmation/verification of your online self-registration info during three working days after you had applied. After verification is completed, KBZ bank will send the user ID and password to your email and your registered mobile number respectively.

You can know that online self-registration is successful by receiving the pop up successful notification from KBZ online banking.
