KBZ Bank and KBZPay customers should keep their banking information safe in order to avoid financial scams.
What is OTP/PIN/Password?
OTP: A one-time Password (OTP) is a type of secret number available only once to protect against the danger of fraudsters hacking your bank accounts.
OTPs will be sent to personal mobile phones via SMS and must not be shareable with others under any circumstances.
PIN/Password: A PIN or Password is a personal identification number set by the user to confirm whether it is correct by KBZ Bank and KBZPay every time customers access their KBZ Bank and KBZPay account.
Must change the PIN or Password immediately only if someone finds out.
