KBZ Bank proudly participated in the 5th Beach Clean-up and Coral Conservation Awareness initiative organized by Myanmar Underwater Federation and coordinated by Myanmar Dive Center at Lovers Island, Ngwe Saung Beach. The event was a great success, with over 200 enthusiastic volunteers, including 55 KBZ Bank employees, actively cleaning up the beach area. Through this initiative, a significant amount of plastic waste, debris, and other pollutants amounting to 200kg were successfully collected.

In addition to our hands-on involvement, KBZ Bank proudly contributed 5 million kyats towards this initiative, exemplifying our dedication to environmental preservation. Furthermore, we donated 100 first-aid kits to ensure participant safety at the event and excess kits were handed over to the Myanmar Dive Center for future use. Additionally, we distributed reusable water bottles to the participants to minimize plastic waste generated during the event.
